Sunday is the best day to go for a walk. While most of us rest at home, we can walk outside without the rush that happens during the weekday. It may be colder but the warm colors of the leafs bring a certain comfort. Somehow by walking in this comfort you start to breath slowly and by observing the colors, at some point you find yourself not overthinking and just being in the moment.
